I was born in South Africa in the late 70’s, into a world of conflict and inequality. With innocent eyes, I felt the polarity within myself, which brewed a deep seated confliction. I innocently did not understand the world and so followed suit, creating more stories within to control my fears.

 

And so began my journey of starting to see things with purpose and focus. There were many trials and tools I acquired in attaining clarity of vision and knowledge.

 

I had to acknowledge the parts of me that I did not feel were socially acceptable.

I followed my heart, and it took me to very dark places, however at some point I started trusting my intuitive thought, and its patterns, realising that I had to take responsibility for my own life.

 

After letting go of certain thoughts, pain and triggers, I feel this has enabled me to grow and utilize these tools and be able to guide others, on empowering them in a nurturing,and  compatible process that suits individual growth. This empowers one to have more mental clarity as well as less confusion, encouraging decision making and with clearer vision and communication.

 

My skills work on a system of feelings and body awareness. I work with instinct as well as with creativity and practicality.

 

Through continually overcoming my own perceptions and self-imposed limitations, it has brought forward a deep innate understanding of the human psyche.

 

I have managed to change my story and now I would like to help others change theirs.
